Cancellation Policy

If you Cancel your Holiday
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:
Cancellation charges per person
Before 30 Days of departure: 20% of the Total Tour Cost
30 Days to 15 Days before departure: 40% of the Total Tour Cost
14 Days to 7 Days before departure: 60% of the Total Tour Cost
6 Days to 0 Days before departure or No Show: 100% of the Total Tour Cost
