Cancellation Policy

  • All flight packages are a combination of 1. Flight Tickets, & 2. Hotel, Cab, & Others. Cancellation charges are different for each of these, and it is as stated below for each.
  • Flight Ticket: Cancellation policy is as per the airlines on your ticket; in general, the cancellation charges are between ₹ 3000 to ₹ 3700 per person per route, depending on the airlines and the gap between the traveling date and the cancellation requested date.
  • Hotel, Cab & Others: Cancellation charges will be on the cost, excluding flight tickets.
  • Cancellation charges per person
  • Before 30 Days of departure: 20%
  • 30 Days to 15 Days before departure: 40%
  • 14 Days to 7 Days before departure: 60%
  • 6 Days to 0 Days before departure or No Show: 100%
